A Week of Reflection

Not everything needs to be solved straight away, and sometimes a question needs to be walked around a little. Over the past ten years of TheSeaWithinYou, I've found a process that works well for clients and helps me work more professionally, allowing a deeper connection with clients and their journey from being a personality to being a Self. 

Sometimes a pattern needs to be noticed before you can understand it. Sometimes we find ourselves standing between what has been and whatever comes next, with no clear instructions about what to do. A Week of Reflection offers a small container for that in-between territory!

How it works

You bring one area of your life (or so) that you'd like to explore, and for a week we'll stay in conversation with it. You write. I respond. Sometimes I'll send an audio reflection when it feels better to speak than to type.

I'll draw from Huber Astrological Psychology, psychosynthesis, coaching, and whatever perspectives seem genuinely useful to the question we're holding.

I'm not here to predict what will happen or hand you the answer to your life. We're aiming for a deeper understanding of patterns that shape a life - rich with potential and our general hang-ups as we navigate a life. 

But sometimes, when we give something our attention and allow another person to sit beside us with it, the shape of things begins to change.

Or at least, we begin to see where we are! I've spent 10 years working with clients, and this form, with a reasonable length of time for reflection and companioning back and forth, is my preferred choice. It's less performance-based, as we spend 7 days churning through your chart and how you express it. We'll go back and forth. It's hard to say how many emails and voice messages, but I'm always attentive, and if I'm ever delayed, I make up the time. I'm most inteested in supporting each client and client emails take precedence over everything else I mnight be working on. 

What Areas Clients Like to Focus On

The usual stuff: why relationship patterns are what they are -- career, vocation. People want legitimate insights into how they can step forward more authentically. With our time together, we'll uncover what the depth patterns are and understand them in practical terms. From there, we need to see how the patterns have a larger sense of becoming and how we can positively work with them. 

All things contain a kernel of prophetic wisdom and capacity, and seeing it is the first step, naming it with gentle understanding. From there, we shift to how we can take steps forward with it. A life's work does take a lifetime, so these won't be quick statements or advice. And they mostly won't be complex either -- it'll be professional psychosynthesis coaching and Huber astrology. My aim is to take a meaningful, in-depth approach to your needs within a professional, board-certified system. With a bit of clarity, I'm confident we can make some inroads in helping you connect with your life with more freedom.

Once the intake is submitted, I'll email you (usually within a few hours) to let you know if I think my process can help. The cost is $395 CDN (approximately $285 USD), taxes included. I'll send an electronic invoice you can pay securely and easily with any payment card, and I'll issue a receipt. 

Afterwards, I'll send a welcome email (or if you're quicker than me, email me first!) and we'll get started. In the form, I ask for relevant birth information and the general area you want to work on, which can shift as we spend time together (and usually does).

Because of the nature of the work, I can't provide guarantees about our work together. If you're committed to speaking the truth to your chart and observing your own patterns, I'm confident we can uncover meaningful insights together. Please note that an accurate birth time, including year, date, city of birth and location, is required. If birth time is missing, please contact your hospital/local records first. Depending on your needs, we can sometimes work without having your birth time. Contact me to double-check!
