This isn’t hustle culture. This isn’t “just think positive” or “organize your closet and find your bliss.” This is psychosynthesis coaching — a soulful, whole-person approach that meets you where you are and walks alongside you as you step more fully into who you’re becoming.

I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to be seen. I welcome and affirm people from all walks of life — LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, spiritually curious, and everything in between. If you're human, you're welcome. 

I hold space for people from many different paths and identities. What matters most is your willingness to be real, be kind, and be in process. 

Think of it less like bootcamp, more like a gentle (but surprisingly honest) companion for your inner life. This coaching doesn’t push or prod — it holds space. Space for your questions, your longings, your “what now?” and “what if?” It welcomes your contradictions, celebrates your insights, and makes room for the parts of you that are still figuring it out.

Psychosynthesis coaching is different from therapy. It’s not about fixing or diagnosing. It’s about integrating — allowing all the parts of you, even the quiet, uncertain, or messy ones, to be heard and seen. Vulnerabilities aren’t liabilities here — they’re invitations.

This is coaching with depth. The kind that supports real movement, not because you’re being pressured to “level up,” but because something inside you is ready to grow. It’s less about becoming someone else, and more about reclaiming the wisdom of who you are — and who you’re becoming — on your own terms.

How do I show up as a coach? 

I offer inclusive, and warm professional coaching through a few lenses. I consider my practice to be a spiritual offering -- since my formation is in clinical psycho-spiritual education, transpersonal psychology (psychosynthesis) and ministry. I'm an astrologer. But I'm also very practical, and committed to learning from my clients. Where does this place me? I'd say I'm at my best when I listen and focus on you, as a regular humanoid that believes 100% in your divinity and your capacity to step further into who you are and want to express more of.
